People of Influence Painting
A friend of mine emailed me this. What a fun way to go through history!!! The kids and I were just listening to an old John Fogerty song the other day, "I Saw It On TV", (from his Centerfield album - one of our favorites) where he goes through most of the major historical events in the 50's, 60's & 70's. I was thinking then that in a couple of years it will be a perfect "unit study" for history (which, in turn, always leads to geography).
We'll have to do a study of this painting as well. Did I mention I love homeschooling!! :-)
