Rachel Lake is always blown away by Iron Chef America! Just about the time I think I've been so creative using up what was left in my pantry/freezer, I watch that show and am floored.

Although....thinking about it.....that's what they need to have is a show about.....Mom's "I'm out of grocery money, the kids are hungry and hubby's on his way home!" Pantry Chef America! Seems so old fashioned but it's the reality that most moms I know are doing each night. Think Food Network would pick it up???
