Closed on the house yesterday and already welcoming visitors.  He did a good job scoping out the garage so we've decided to hire him for our mouse control. :-).  (FYI, it was a large rat snake. We chased it out carefully only to have him go into the under carriage of my van so guess we'll have to take a pause using it for moving trips until it comes out.)
